Wood Effect
A sublimation process that drives the grain into the paint layer itself — it cannot peel or wear away. The warmth of wood, the static strength of aluminium.

The warmth of wood, the lifespan of aluminium.
For those who cannot give up the natural, aesthetic warmth of wood in architectural projects but need the static strength and longevity of aluminium, wood grain (sublimation) coating offers a perfect solution.
We produce wood-effect aluminium profiles indistinguishable from the real thing, across a wide range from modern facade systems to decorative profiles. We integrate nature’s most exclusive wood textures — walnut, golden oak, mahogany, cherry and teak — into our profiles with unlimited color and grain options.

Coating process
- 01
Priming
Profile surfaces are first primed with a special polyurethane-based electrostatic powder coating.
- 02
Film wrapping & vacuum
Special films carrying the selected wood texture are wrapped around the profile and vacuumed to draw out the air.
- 03
Sublimation
In the sublimation process, which takes place under high heat in dedicated ovens, the ink in the film evaporates and penetrates directly into the paint layer.
- 04
Permanent texture
The result is a permanent texture, fully integrated with the paint, that cannot peel or wear away.
Advantages

Superior Durability
Unlike natural wood, it does not swell with moisture, rot, attract insects or lose its shape over time. It preserves the structural integrity of aluminium for a lifetime.
Zero Maintenance Cost
Unlike real wood, it needs no periodic varnishing, polishing or sanding; it keeps its first-day vibrancy for years.
Let’s start with a cross-section.
A DWG, a DXF or a dimensioned sketch is enough. Add your alloy, temper and surface treatment preference, and we will come back with die status and lead time.
