Machinery and automation use the profile as a building block: slotted modular frames, conveyor bodies and robotic-cell skeletons must be both precise and assembly-ready. We produce these profiles in the required alloy and section and turn them into finished parts in the same plant.
With a 5-axis CNC machining centre, double-head cutting and automatic slicing, drilling, channelling and mitring happen right after the press. So the profile reaching your line goes straight to assembly with no extra step.
